Yet again we were lucky to have a wonderfully sunny afternoon for our Summer Fair. The field and hall were buzzing with people enjoying the variety of things on offer.
We had demonstrations from Ju-Jitsu, Street dance and the choir, the fabulous Ellel Bake Off and music from Wong Fish to add to the chilled out vibe.
The bouncy assault course and the toboggan did a roaring trade all afternoon, as did nail art, face painting and the coconut shy. Thanks to Year 6 for providing a range of games to play. The chocolate and bottle tombola were as popular as ever. We even culminated events with a ‘football match’ on the top field. All credit to Mr Vernon for trying to referee it!
The Fair raised just over £1000. A massive thank you to all those who volunteered and game of their time so freely to help things run smoothly.
